BOXOB rents boxes and garages located at Z.A. de Chanac (48 in Lozère).

Designed for star-up companies (not IT only) that are starting up and dedicated to the circular economy, Boxob supports them with a progressive rent, at low cost and shared services.

Boxob also offers a low-cost self-storage solution for shuttles from the north to the south of Europe, including for large motorhomes. The proximity of the A75 motorway makes it possible to offer a competitive offer.

Who are we?

Rents 5 new warehouses / garages on artisanal zone of Chanac on the National road 88:

• 4 warehouses of 32 m² each separable or not, for start-up or self-employed or motorhome storage (wintering) / Up-and-over door of 3 meters by 3 meters,
• 1 warehouse of 21 m2 available also separate for start-up or self-employed or car/motorcycle/garage door storage 2.40 by 2.40 meters

Rental rate (price for 2023) :

• Warehouses of 32 m² – price 200€ excl. VAT per month (240€ incl. VAT) per month and one month’s deposit (excluding charges)
• Warehouses of 21 m² – price 155€ excl. VAT per month (186€ incl. VAT) per month and one month’s deposit (excluding charges)

New construction for each warehouse, domiciliation services, mailboxes, business advice are included
